    1. Please don’t order if you need your cigars urgently. We accept no responsibility for postal delays.

    2. The cut-off time to complete your order and payment for next-day shipping is 6 pm Sunday to Thursday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

    3. Minimum order value is RM90. Flat rate shipping is RM15 throughout Malaysia. Orders over RM240 ship free.

    4. Please do not request alternative shipping methods. Only Poslaju will ship tobacco products from Sarawak.

    5. We ship to Singapore at customer’s own risk due to the new Plain Packaging Regulations. Minimum order value is RM500 plus a RM100 flat rate charge for removing bands and shipping.
