Partagas 1845 Extra Oscuro Robusto Gordo
RM30.00 – RM36.00
The Partagas 1845 Extra Oscuro is one of the more interesting smokes in General Cigar’s Partagas line-up. It uses a very dark and oily Connecticut Habano Oscuro wrapper over a Dominican La Vega Especiale binder. But the highlight is the filler tobaccos; Dominican, Nicaraguan and Honduran Ligeros aged in Dominican rum barrels. They combine to deliver a sweet and flavourful cigar that has plenty of body but remains moderate in strength.

Video Review: Should I Smoke This?
The Partagas 1845 Extra Oscuro is a rugged-looking, slow-burning cigar that produces sweet, creamy smoke with typical Oscuro flavours of coffee and black cherry. You’ll also find notes of charred cedar, brown sugar, leather, cocoa beans, allspice, red pepper, licorice and leather. The finish is sweet, creamy and seasoned with black pepper. It’s ideal not just for seasoned smokers, but also relative beginners looking to step up to dark oscuro and maduro cigars.
Please Note: The Partagas 1845 Extra Oscuro is NOT a Cuban cigar and has no direct connection to the Cuban brand of the same name.
