If you would like to return cigars, they must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
We will NOT accept any returns simply because you don’t like the cigars. This is why all our cigars are available as singles, for you to try first.
We will NOT accept any returns that have been partially smoked. You do not need to light cigars to test the draw.
We will NOT accept any returns for construction defects in Cuban Cigars – their quality control is pathetic.
We will NOT accept any returns that have been cut UNLESS they are too plugged to be smoked. Please note that some thinner ring gauge Cuban cigars, especially mixed filler types, may require some gentle hand massaging to deliver an acceptable draw. This is noted in the description of the respective cigars, so if you are not happy doing this, please do not order.
Acceptable reasons for returns are:
Damaged in transit
Major construction defects (except Cuban Cigars)
Incorrect shipment (if the fault lies at our end)
To return cigars, first notify us by email at email@example.com or by Whatsapp to 016 668 1820, giving the reason for the return, then ship the cigars in their original packaging to the address we send you.
Please indicate whether you would like replacement cigars, store credit or a cash refund. We will only refund your return shipping costs to a maximum of RM10.
